PILOT MGMT founder Garen Scribner leverages his extensive industry knowledge, vast network, and management training to create extraordinary opportunities for clients. He is the executive producer and host of the hit broadcast TV series Broadway Sandwich (6x NY Emmy Nominee) and executive producer of And The Nominees Are, both for New York Public Media (PBS/WNET/ALL ARTS). Garen starred as Jerry in the Broadway and National Tour productions of An American in Paris after a decade as a soloist with the San Francisco Ballet and artist of Nederlands Dans Theater. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. Garen is also the Artistic Director of the San Francisco Dance Film Festival.

Pilot MGMT Manager Sarah Roberts is a Los Angeles based producer and manager with a dynamic background in dance, fashion, and entertainment. A Chicago native, Sarah graduated from The Juilliard School before going on to perform professionally with Luna Negra Dance Theatre in Chicago and BODYTRAFFIC in Los Angeles. Throughout her performing career, Sarah danced works by acclaimed choreographers such as Ohad Naharin, Jose Limon, Doug Varone, Robert Battle, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, and Antony Tudor. Following her time on stage, Sarah transitioned into the worlds of entertainment and fashion, first in casting at Warner Bros, and then in sales and brand development for renowned fashion designer Juan Carlos Obando. Today, in addition to her work at Pilot MGMT, Sarah co-founded TenFold Productions, where she develops narrative and documentary features. With a keen eye for talent and storytelling, Sarah brings a unique blend of strategic business acumen and creative vision to every project she takes on.

Pilot MGMT coordinator Hayden Rivas is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California with a BFA in Dance from the Glorya Kaufman School of Dance and a Master of Studies in Law with an Entertainment and Media Law certificate from the Gould School of Law. He has been seen on film and television in Disney’s Descendants 3, “Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist,” and “So You Think You Can Dance.” He also has performed with companies such as A.I.M by Kyle Abraham at the Joyce Theatre in New York City.
